The most expensive liquor from Even More Penfolds Ampoule is wine which sells for US$170,000 or IDR 2.6 billion/strong. This drink is made by an Australian winery which is famous for producing alcoholic drinks at fantastic prices.
What makes the price exorbitant is the fact that only 12 bottles of Penfolds Ampoule are produced worldwide. The bottle is also crowd-shaped and made of glass designed by Australian glass artist Nick Mount.
Interestingly, this bottle does not have a stopper like most wine bottles so it can only be opened by a professional wine expert.
In fact, the Penfolds boss said a wine expert at his company would contact any wine buyer if they needed help opening a bottle.
5. Armand de Brignac Midas
The second most expensive alcoholic drink in the world is the Armand de Brignac Midas brand which is sold for around US$215,000 or Rp. 3.3 billion for a 30 liter bottle.
